Privacy notice

Last updated 13 October 2026

In short: this website does not ask for, collect or store any personal details. There are no accounts or logins, no forms, no cookies, no analytics and no advertising.

Who we are

This website is run by Vixen Intelligence Limited (“Vixen Intelligence”, “we”), company number 14651057. We are the data controller for the limited information described below. You can contact us about privacy at info@vixenintelligence.com.

What happens when you visit

Even though we collect nothing ourselves, two things happen whenever any website is viewed:

Our legal basis for both is our legitimate interest in running a working, secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). The background video and images are served from our own server.

Cookies

We do not set any cookies, and we do not use any technology to recognise or track you. The only thing this site keeps in your browser is a single note that you have pressed “Accept” on the privacy banner, so that it is not shown to you again. It holds no personal information, is never sent to us or anyone else, and you can remove it at any time by clearing your browser’s site data.

If you email us

If you write to info@vixenintelligence.com, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message. We use it only to reply to you and keep it only as long as the conversation needs, on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (or, where you are asking about our products, to take steps at your request before entering into a contract). We never add you to a mailing list without asking.

Sharing your information

We do not sell, rent or share personal information. The only other parties involved are the service providers named above, which handle data on our behalf or, in Google’s case, under its own policy. Some of these providers may process data outside the UK or European Economic Area, using the safeguards that data protection law requires.

Your rights

Under the GDPR (and the UK GDPR) you have the right to:

To use any of these rights, email info@vixenintelligence.com. Because we hold so little, in most cases there will be nothing to return beyond any emails you have sent us. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to a data protection authority: in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office; in the EU, the authority in your country.

Changes to this notice

If the website changes in a way that affects your privacy, for example if we add a contact form or analytics, we will update this notice and the date at the top.
